The PowerPinner 7200 Welder is a solid state resistance welder designed specifically for welding a PowerPoint resistance weld pin to galvanized sheet metal duct work. The compact size and hand truck feature allows for easy portability around the shop. A light weight pistol grip trigger, ergonomic handle and easy portability around the shop. Weld Rate
15-20 pins per minute continuously (based on pin diameter). Faster rates are possible for short durations.

Cables
Gun, 15 ft 4/0 weld cable and 16/3 control cable. Ground, 5ft 4/0 weld cable terminating in a spring loaded clamp.

Capability
Welding 1/2″ – 4″ weld pins to 26 – 16 gauge sheet metal.
